Design an oven control & monitoring system for one aerospace parts production facility
Challenge:
Ensure an evenly heat distribution over large sized industrial oven for baking aerospace parts with 40 temperature sensors inside the oven
Solution:
Use NI LabVIEW and NI PID Toolkit as the controller platform to control the oven PID algorithm
Results:
A more cost-effective alternate solution to replace an imported system with similar functions
