Design a portable onsite intelligent calibrator to calibrate and characterize performance parameters for control valves in the oil & gas pipeline
Challenge:
Most calibrators in the market are non-portable and prohibit the onsite calibration carried out by field technicians
Solution:
Combine the power of NI LabVIEW software and real-time embedded controller hardware as the ‘brain’ for the portable calibrator
Results:
Generate calibration report instantly for onsite validation and automatic upload of reports to the company server or cloud
